Proverbs 3:9
Honor the LORD with your possessions, And with the firstfruits of all your increase
Beloved,
Structure has the capacity to carry treasure. But it also has the capacity to carry trash. Don’t fill the structures you’ve put in place with waste. It is a waste of your God-given time.
As we round off this series, I implore you to fill your structure with substance. If the message you want to live out now does not bear substance, what’s the point of all you are doing? If you do not have a clear and clearly communicated vision, you’ve made no real or sound decisions and you have no structure in place for God to prepare you or use you, then I’m certain you are yet to be a person of substance.
Your substance is the quality and value you put to your destiny affairs. It’s the content you place in your vessel. If structure can be exemplified as putting an hour to prayer daily, your substance is the prayer points you pray and the scriptures and connection you use to back those prayers up.
I have a story about a time my daughter brought me the most wonderful looking meal. It looked amazing! Even the taste was great. But when I went to bite into the meat I had been saving for last, I bit into a bone. Where was the meat? It was barely there. That is a representation of a life with structure but no substance.
I commend you to God, and to the word of His grace.
I call you BLESSED. I call you NATIONS.
