For the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost.
Beloved,
God is the Creator of everybody, but He is not the Father of everyone. I can worship God as a creature of His, but my worship will be on the same level as all His other creatures, both living and nonliving.
The most important worship to God is the worship of man, but not when that man worships as a mere creature, he must step it up. If until now, you just have a general knowledge of God as your creator and because of this knowledge, you are just generally appreciative of the fact that you exist, then I want you to know that you are missing out on so much of God. Make a decision today to step into a deeper level of relationship with Him. You will be amazed to know that much more awaits you on the other side of this decision.
Now God may be the Creator to some, but He is not their Father. God wants all His children to relate with Him more intimately and to be known by them as the heavenly Father. Therefore beloved, if you will have an acceptable worship before God, you must have a relationship with Him as your Savior and your Lord. What you are doing by this acceptance of Jesus as Savior and Lord is that you are accepting Jesus as the only way to the Father, and you are accepting that every truth in the Bible becomes the law that will govern your life. So, the day you look at a counsel in the Bible and you don’t agree with that counsel, you are stepping out of Jesus being your Lord.
