Romans 8:1
“Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory”.
Beloved,
If you are a believer, you are a joint heir with Christ and this means you have an inheritance in Him and with Him. This inheritance grants you access to the wealth, experiences, and all of the benefits of the Kingdom of God.
This means you are no longer ordinary. While you are on the earth just like everybody else, your experiences and your outcomes can’t look like everyone else’s because of the advantage you carry as a son and a saint in Christ Jesus. While it’s true God loves everyone, everyone cannot enjoy the commitment of God over their lives in the same way because they aren’t in the same position as you are. You are in the position to enjoy special treatment from heaven. It’s part of your inheritance. Make sure you expect it. And make sure you live your Christian life conscious of every benefit Christ enjoyed on this side of eternity as Son of God because you are a son of God too. In fact, you’ll even enjoy more because of the sacrifice Jesus made to give you an advantage and ensure you can enjoy doing even greater works and experiences than He did while He was on earth.
