Hebrews 2:8-9
You have put all things in subjection under his feet.” For in that He put all in subjection under him, He left nothing that is not put under him. But now we do not yet see all things put under him. But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels, for the suffering of death crowned with glory and honor, that He, by the grace of God, might taste death for everyone.
Beloved,
We have been examining the things you must take note of to bridge the gap between what is and what must be and another one of such is knowledge. Ignorance will create a gap between where you are and where you must be in life. Failure in life reflects ignorance in at least a particular area. When things are not working as expected, you need to uncover the cause; either God is wrong, or you are wrong. But since God cannot be wrong, then the fault lies with you. This means you must take responsibility for what is wrong.
Take your time to find out the critical knowledge needed to run life in this new year. Most of the needed knowledge is not taught in formal educational institutions; you have to seek them out. If you’re going to shift to what must be, seek for the kind of knowledge that is practicable and current.
Invest in your children so that that gap can be bridged faster in their lives. Hosea 6:3, KJV explains that the only way to know is to follow on to know, to pursue knowledge.
Pride remains a major cause of ignorance. The inability to get out of your shell to ask critical questions will make you to lose out on vital information that will bridge the gap of what is and what must be. People are wary about sharing information because of selfishness or the understanding that men might not follow up to know and that is understandable. But if you find someone that is willing to offer you practical guide to making it in life, it is your wisdom to sit down to listen and to learn. Talk to people and find out what they are doing and how they are doing it. A body of knowledge or information is rarely gotten at a go or from just one source. A little here and a little there adds up eventually to become something worth pursuing. Some receive half information and hasten to run with it, but they stand the risk of crashing soon.
Beloved, pursue knowledge in 2023 and be reminded that it can come in the most unlikely places and through the most unlikely sources. Be open to learn and you will soon see yourself making giant strides in the direction of God’s plan for your life.
I commit you to God and to the word of His grace.
I call you NATIONS. I call you blessed.
