For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the first principles of the oracles of God; and you have come to need milk and not solid food.

As we continue our journey in life, our focus must shift from doing something to doing the right thing. Being involved is not enough. We must be involved in the right activities- activities that are in line with our Kingdom position and our destiny here on earth.
Our life is a composed of activities and assignments packaged in the parcel of time. It is imperative that we prioritize identifying these activities and the time attached to them, lest the devil occupies us with something else. We must regularly take stock to verify our position in life. How far have we come? What direction are we heading to? The sincere answers we proffer to the questions of life eventually help us identify where you must be.
It doesn’t matter what we have become. Hebrews 5:12 reveals to us that there is still something more we ought to be. Wisdom demands that we find out what that is and take the steps necessary to becoming all that we were designed to be. Failure to become that person opens us up to the attack of the devil, consequently rendering us inconsequential in God’s program.
One major reason we remain lesser than what God expects us to be is our inability to pay the price. We get so used to our present situation that we lose the drive to venture into the unknown. It is time to get rid of our complacency and strive to be what we ought to have been by this time.
