Matthew 2:1-2 NKJV
Now after Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of Herod the king, behold, wise men from the East came to Jerusalem, [2] saying, “Where is He who has been born King of the Jews? For we have seen His star in the East and have come to worship Him.”
Beloved,
Our advantage on earth is privileged advanced information that we have access to. It is of great joy for the Holy Spirit to provide us with this kind of information. However, how we respond to it matters.
For the wise men, as soon as they saw Jesus’ star, they responded by immediately coming over to visit him. There was no indication that they were instructed to do so, they did so as a default response to such information.
Every privileged information must be serviced by a corresponding, worthy action. You must pay a price to show yourself a diligent steward of such mystery. If God cannot trust you to do something intelligent with privileged information He gives you, He will look for your replacement and I pray that you will not be replaced.
So, be diligent to find out the corresponding response action needed to be taken towards divine information and take such action to the best of your ability.
