Ephesians 2:10 NKJV
For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.
Beloved,
What will attract people to you can be categorized into two:
- Who you are
- What you have
Occasionally, they can each work separately, but on most parts, they work hand in hand. Beloved, who you are at the moment is not as important as who you are becoming. No matter who you are now, you must start working on who you must become.
If who you are is strong enough, but you have nothing tangible to show and nothing viable to offer the world, people will leave you. Having nothing to offer is no different than a cloud without rain or a well without water. After knowing God, you must make it your priority to become all He requires of you and attain all He has made available for you. A good way to put it is like this: tell yourself I must “Be Somebody” and I must “Have Something.” What you are acquiring is stronger than what you have at the moment. Who you are becoming is stronger than who you are at the moment. We will talk more on this next time. Until then,
I commend you to God and to the word of His grace.
I call you blessed. I call you NATIONS.
