Proverbs 31:10
“Who can find a virtuous wife? For her worth is far above rubies.”
Beloved,
Many women are weak because they have allowed themselves to develop a weak mindset, choosing to listen and heed to everything that people, media and circumstances have to say, versus what God and His word have spoken and written concerning them. Scripture is filled with examples of well-rounded women for us to learn from. Still, some choose to learn from what their flesh is feeling, which has led to a weak and limiting attitude, which eventually leads to limited capacity.
Ladies in Christ, do not fall into the error of deciding that you are useless or irrelevant in life or ministry. Do not feel like you are not capable or too weak. Likewise, do not decide that all authority belongs to you. You are not God. You are not man. You are part of a critical structure that God has established on the earth that brings salvation and reconciliation between God and mankind. This role is not to be taken lightly!
Secondly, don’t assume wrongly that only biological mothers or wives have the potential or need to become a well-rounded woman. Many who wrongly assume this say they want to wait for when they become mothers and wives, thinking that automatically, somehow, they will be wise, prudent, knowledgeable and capable. These kinds of qualities do not come automatically. They must be cultivated intentionally, particularly when you are still single, before getting married or if you are called to single life. Developing right relationship with the Holy Spirit the first step and a most critical step to developing the fruit or characteristics needed to become a well-rounded woman.
The Bible says in Proverbs 18:22 that “He who finds a wife finds a good thing,
and obtains favor from the Lord.” A wife is found, meaning she is already made. If you are called to the married life or not, if you are born again, you are called to be the bride of Christ. You are called to be His church. You MUST cultivate yourself to become a wife material, aka a well-rounded woman in order to fulfill your God ordained purpose on the earth.
