1 Corinthians 10:23 | Amplified Classic
All things are legitimate [permissible-and we are free to do anything we please], but not all things are helpful (expedient, profitable, and wholesome). All things are legitimate, but not all things are constructive [to character] and edifying [to spiritual life].
Beloved,
Confusion and indecisiveness are some other pollutants to avoid. The state of confusion is real. It is a state when everything stands still. It is either a state where there are many voices that are equally loud or a state of complete silence. Occasionally, we find ourselves in this state, but we must do everything possible to leave that state.
The state of indecisiveness drains your spirit and energy. It wastes time and makes everything look irritating because there is no progress. When you find yourself in this situation, ensure you consciously pray in the spirit to activate the spirit of counsel, the spirit of wisdom and the spirit of revelation.
Amidst many of destiny pollutants, the last one we will consider in this series is unfaithfulness. One major test of a right heart is the test of faithfulness. No matter what a man knows or how resourceful he is, once he has issue with faithfulness, every other thing about him is suspicious.
Do everything possible to free yourself from the pollution of unfaithfulness. Never place gift above character. Let the Lord help you to place value on doing it right in other to build the life of integrity.
I commend you to God and to the word of His grace.
I call you blessed. I call you NATIONS.
