“And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Advocate, who will never leave you. He is the Holy Spirit, who leads into all truth. The world cannot receive him, because it isn’t looking for him and doesn’t recognize him. But you know him, because he lives with you now and later will be in you.”

“But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.”
Beloved,
We know by now that God has given us all we need to be in control of our lives. How will you know if you’re losing control? In the last month, how many times did you find someone or something to blame for your outcomes? How many times did you have to provide an excuse or report a failure to someone? Have you felt overwhelmed? Powerless? If the answer is more than zero as it is for many of us, then this message is for you. Let’s look at what we can do to get back in the driver’s seat.
The first step is to understand what it means to be in control of your life, then choose to take control of it. Next you must identify everything that operates as an obstacle to your leadership. Once you have identified such, you can determine if it needs to be destroyed or corrected. Make it your priority to get rid of every distraction and deterrent. Anything you cannot get rid of, the Holy Spirit can. In fact, it’s only when He is in Control that you have control. He always has your best interest at heart. Yield to Him completely.
What do you need to let go of to take hold of your life? What must you surrender so the Holy Spirt has full range in you?
