Galatians 3:13
13 Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”),
Beloved,
Below are some examples of demonic oppression in varying degrees.
- Emotional disturbances or emotional instability without a cogent reason. You discover that you do not have a reason for feeling the way you are feeling; you are not feeling happy or joyous. When you see a child that is always bored, such a child is underutilizing his strength and the devil may soon engage him. The next thing an average parent does for a bored child is to put him before a screen, that won’t help. Engage the child in an activity that will consume his strength – hand wash socks, fold and rearrange clothes, clean the house, wash plates, sweep, instruct the child to read Psalm 119 in amplified version, etc.
- Unreasonable expression of anger at the slightest trigger.
- Strength to sustain bitterness over an issue for a long term. The system of the kingdom is if you get angry in the morning, you should be over it by nightfall.
- Unforgiveness.
- Guilt. This is different from the conviction by the Holy Spirit and it is demonic. The end of conviction is restoration; the end of guilt is condemnation.
- Sickness without pattern or origin.
- Financial crisis that doesn’t yet have a pattern.
- Lack of spiritual experiences i.e. natural living as a believer. No favor or goodwill from men, no revelation from the Word of God, your prayer is not making a connection to heaven.
All these are pointers to demonic oppression in a man’s life.
I commend you to God and to the word of His grace.
I call you BLESSED. I call you NATIONS.
