Galatians 3:13
13 Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”),
Beloved,
A curse will reset the life of a man negatively, the same way a blessing will reset the life of a man to begin to live positively. If a man is under a curse, it resets his life to begin to misbehave in a way he cannot understand. You will see such a person helplessly doing things that make no sense. Another frightful and pathetic thing about curses is that the accursed may not know that he is under a curse.
There are three levels of demonic involvement in the life of a man:
- Oppression,
- Obsession, and
- Possession.
Everyone can be oppressed and obsessed, including believers. But believers should not have possessed. Under normal circumstances a believer cannot be possessed, but a believer can willingly open himself up to that kind of dimension in his life.
Oppression is a state where the devil works through or hides under situations and circumstances to alter the wellbeing of a man spiritually, emotionally, and physically. People see situations like this to be normal and explainable. For example, it is normal for children to behave childishly but you must know when it has stopped being normal for you. Your spiritual senses must be able to know when it is no more a child’s play, but a devil that is seeking manifestation. We will discuss obsession and oppression in the coming days.
I commend you to God and to the word of His grace.
I call you BLESSED. I call you NATIONS.
