Another factor that empowers curses to exist in one’s life is untamed emotions. If by nature you have strong outbursts of emotions, the devil will build his attack around those emotion. When a man admits that he can scatter what he gathered in a burst anger, that is a demonic activity.
A lot of people have destroyed their destiny because they don’t know how to manage their emotions. Every attack of the devil is built around what you are vulnerable to. You must put a system in place that will safeguard your emotions.
Help your children to tame their emotions and don’t tolerate misbehaviours in the lives of your children. One of the ways to help you guide and guard your emotions is to have people you are accountable to and who are responsible for you. Emotions in its heightened form reduces our understanding and reasoning. Find someone whose judgement you will trust even when you don’t understand. So when that person tells you to hold your peace, first obey before seeking to understand why you were given that instruction.
The type of mistakes that destroy people’s lives are usually the avoidable ones, if you put good structures in place, you will not fall victim of such errors.
