II Kings 3:15-16 NKJV
“But now bring me a musician.” Then it happened, when the musician played, that the hand of the Lord came upon him. And he said, “Thus says the Lord: ‘Make this valley full of ditches.’”
Another factor your faith needs to flourish and to bring results is the intercession of saints. Wisdom says that we flourish to the degree of networks we have. In the same light, your faith needs the support of other saints to remain solid and unwavering. No wonder the scripture says that we should not forsake the assembly of believers. Many Christians are invariably committing suicide unknowingly by walking alone.
As powerful as Peter was, he remained connected to the church. Are you connected to a local church? When Peter was in trouble, he had an unwavering support of the church. That is what the church should be to believers.
If you have strayed away from full commitment to the church, I encourage you today to return. It is a lie of the devil that you can survive alone as a Christian. Even if you survive, you have limited your outcome in life. There is a dimension of your life that can only break forth with the prayers of the saints.
