2 Kings 3: 15-16
“But now bring me a musician.” Then it happened, when the musician played, that the hand of the Lord came upon him. And he said, “Thus says the Lord: ‘Make this valley full of ditches.’”
A major means of transaction in the Kingdom is faith. Faith can open doors and bring you to a realm that effort cannot take you. The fathers of faith obtained divine results by faith. Hebrews chapter 11, verse 6 says that we cannot please God without faith. As powerful as faith is, it needs some other factors to bring full expression.
You need right atmosphere for your faith to flourish. No wonder the scripture encourages us not to forsake the assembly of believers. In addition to corporate atmosphere is a personal atmosphere that you must create and sustain. In the scripture above, Elisha needed an atmosphere created for the miraculous to come to pass. In the same light, you must learn how to create the right atmosphere for yourself. Many Christians are suffering in the faith lane because the atmosphere they live in is toxic and contrary to faith. Sometimes, faith is bringing results but the wrong atmosphere send them back before they are delivered.
Saints, I challenge you to evaluate your life and get rid of things contrary to faith. Create the right atmosphere by your speech, confession, like-minded friendship, and work. You have a control over your atmosphere. Be intenstional and active in doing this.
