Isaiah 28:16
“Behold, I lay in Zion a stone for a foundation,
A tried stone, a precious cornerstone, a sure foundation;
Whoever believes will not act hastily.
It is important that we last and be generational. We must not live for today alone. We must extend our tentacles wisely and strategically to make sure that we remain relevant when the future comes.
In order to be a man of the future, you must learn how to live fully in the present as you keep the future in view. You must not be in a hurry for performance. Do not start to manifest before your time. Today, many are living a fake life by living on credit because they are too much in a hurry to build wealth. Some parents are invariably depriving their children of a glorious future because they are too much in a hurry to live big. Indeed, those that believe shall not be in haste. On the other hand, they are patient, hopeful, and contented.
When people live a life of haste, they abort divine processes and appear as half-baked cake when the future comes. No one celebrates a half-baked cake. Rather, it is a disappointment to everyone who dares to eat it.
In your journey of destiny, get rid of haste. Stop rushing, rather be thorough in your approach to life and training.
