A prudent man foresees evil and hides himself, But the simple pass on and are punished.
Beloved,
In this series, I will be talking about unusual events whose occurrence in the life of a man must cause him to ask “what meaneth this?”. Such unusual happenings should sensitize a person to the fact that something beyond the ordinary is about to happen or already happening. These beyond ordinary events can be divine or may be demonic. Knowing what is going on is critical to knowing how to respond. We need to be sensitized to everything around us. There are many opportunities men have missed and will continue to miss because they fail to correctly decode signals.
Let’s start by looking at unsual events that indicate that the devil is around. The devil has a smell and he must be sent packing at the first whiff. The scripture referenced tell us that the ability to have foresight into the schemes of the enemy is and prepare as needed is a mark of prudence and wisdom. If as a Christian, you fall into disaster after disaster without so much as an inkling, it is because you lack these virtues. The same is true if good things continue to pass you by. It should baffle you like it did prophet Elisha:
2 Kings 4:27 KJV
… and the LORD hath hid it from me, and hath not told me.
Unusual dreams may be signal that the devil is around. Do not neglect negative unusual dreams. Pay attention to them, and seek for advice and counsel when needed and from the right channels. Such dreams, if left unchecked, can trigger demonic activities. Cut away from anything that is feeding such unusual dreams. You may need to change the people you interact with or the things you watch to cut off from negative spirits and put an end to demonic activities in your life.
