Proverbs 8:1-2 NKJV
[1] Does not wisdom cry out, And understanding lift up her voice? [2] She takes her stand on the top of the high hill, Beside the way, where the paths meet.
Beloved,
Another thing you must do at life’s crossroads is you must take time to be still. In quietness will be your strength in this season of life, Isaiah 30:15. Switch systems from the natural to the spiritual. Don’t be more in tune with your flesh and your soul than your spirit. Otherwise, your emotions will take over and confusion will abound. In the midst of all the noise and distractions, find the quietness needed to make an informed decision.
You must also have a correct structure of balance in place. Note the following:
- Balance promptness with patience. Don’t make hasty decisions or you may suffer for it.
- Balance test with trust. A person may be nice but not trustworthy. Test, then trust.
- Balance what you have known with what you should know. There are ancient wisdom that remain unchanged regardless of the changing times. There are also present truths that you must know.
- Balance faith with reality. Faith does not deny reality but can change it.
- Balance sensibility with sensitivity. Don’t let what senses or your training deaden you your sensitivity to the Spirit. Don’t wait for divine signals and communications to make sense to you before you obey.
I commend you to God and to the word of His grace.
I call you blessed. I call you NATIONS.
