Colossians 1:21-22
21 And you, who once were alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now He has reconciled 22 in the body of His flesh through death, to present you holy, and blameless, and above reproach in His sight.
She said to Him, “Yes, Lord, I believe that You are the Christ, the Son of God, who is to come into the world.”
Beloved,
The text before us makes us to understand that it is through the broken body of Jesus that we are presented blameless to God. The personality that is representing you before God the Father is not the glorified body of Jesus, no, it is the broken body that bears the marks of His crucifixion. It is still that same body that was broken that is interceding for you, standing before God for you, the believer. Be reminded again that the marks of crucifixion on Christ’s body is the proof of payment of divine exemption from anything the enemy is seeking to throw at you.
The devil does not want you to know this truth, and if you don’t understand how this works, the devil will always come with guilt, shame and all manner of negative emotions, making you think that you are the one with the problem.
More than mentally reminding yourself of this fact, your constant alignment to Jesus is key. If you are so aligned with your Savior and Lord that you are not being seen as separated from Him, then you won’t get into trouble. So, until the day you exit this earthly realm, you must remain in sync with Jesus and not be misaligned or you will become a target for the enemy to afflict.
I commend you to God and to the word of His grace.
I call you BLESSED. I call you NATIONS.
