Mark 15:3-5
3 And the chief priests accused Him of many things, but He answered nothing. 4 Then Pilate asked Him again, saying, “Do You answer nothing? See how many things [a]they testify against You!” 5 But Jesus still answered nothing, so that Pilate marveled.
Beloved,
A time must come when you must allow destiny to play out as it was designed. As much as it is right for you to be in charge of your life, a time comes when the best way to be in charge is to yield your life to the course of destiny. This is because at that moment, being in charge is like standing in front of a fully-loaded-trailer, that is descending from a mountaintop. You will only get crushed if you try to stop it.
This was the state that Jesus was in the pursuit of His destiny. He realized that there is nothing He would say to stop them from crucifying Him. That was the next phase of His assignment—so, there is nothing to defend. It could be very difficult getting to this point as we journey through our destiny, however it is a phase we will get to either now or later.
If this stage describes your situation, please be strong and let His will prevail. And if you are yet to get there, pray ahead for grace. Above it all, consider the joy that is ahead of you and let this motivate you to endure the phase of keeping silent amidst of every opposition.
I commend you to God and to the word of His grace.
I call you blessed. I call you NATIONS.
I call you blessed. I call you NATIONS.
