So be careful how you act; these are difficult days. Don’t be fools; be wise: make the most of every opportunity you have for doing good.

You have heard people say opportunity comes but once. This is so true. So, develop a sensitivity to discern when opportunity comes and be wise to ascertain if it is for you or not. An opportunity that is for you, and that you can explore is the one you have prepared for. After determining that it is for you, seize the opportunity. Ensure you do everything possible to lay hold on it and wisely explore everything you can get from that opportunity.
There are two feelings you have about every past season of your life:
- Thank God, I did all I could then, or
- If I had known, I would have done it better or differently.
Decide going forward, that the first feeling is the feeling you want to have in your sojourn in life by making the most of every opportunity you have to do something good or achieve something great.
I commend you to God, and to the word of His grace.
