Matthew 25:33 NLT
He will place the sheep at his right hand and the goats at his left.
Brethren, after reading this verse of the Bible the question that should come to mind is; what side of the hand of God am I? Right or left? The Bible says you are a sheep if you are on the right and a goat if you are on the left. We are all familiar with the characteristics of a sheep and a goat. A sheep is obedient while a goat is disobedient and stubborn.
Now, what are the yardsticks to determine which side we are? The answer is in Matthew 25:34. He said when I was hungry you gave me food, thirsty you gave me drink, stranded you took me in, naked you clothed me, sick you visited me, in prison you came to me. Lord, we never saw you. He said once you did it to the least of my brethren, you did it to me. The next question is who are His brethren? Every true believer is a child of God. Brethren in the text is not synonymous to the poor, do not be confused. If you give to the children of God, you are a sheep.
On the contrary, if you do not do any of the above to the children of God you are a goat. A sheep is blessed and goes to eternal life while a goat is cursed and goes into everlasting punishment. Choose to be a sheep and it shall be well with you
I commend you to God and to the word of His grace.
I call you blessed. I call you NATIONS.
