Isaiah 54:2-3
Enlarge the place of your tent and let them stretch out the curtains of your dwellings; do not spare; lengthen your cords and strengthen your stakes. For you shall expand to the right and to the left, and your descendants will inherit the nations, and make the desolate cities inhabited.

Capacity is the measure and the effective balance of your power and strength. While power determines your ability to carry something, strength determines how long and how far you can keep carrying that thing. If you will need to make a choice between power and strength, go for strength and develop it.
Your destiny is tied to the effective connection of your spirit, mind, and body. God expects that your spirit, soul, and body function individually, yet be able to work well together. Therefore you must build those three areas of your life.
There are things that determine your capacity but more importantly, the state of your heart is a strong determinant, Proverbs 17:16.
Therefore to carry capacity, you must avoid these heart postures.
– A crafty heart – it is a heart with hidden agenda.
– A perverse and crooked heart – a heart that is not straight.
– A proud heart.
– A weary heart.
– A failed heart.
