Philemon 1:6 NKJV
that the sharing of your faith may become effective by the acknowledgment of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.
Beloved,
There have probably been times when we know a thing to be absolutely right, but we did not have the right words to communicate it. Unfortunately when we don’t communicate things in a right way, people will not get the message they need to get. It is amazing how some people speak lies in a convincing way, yet there are others speaking the truth but in a very unconvincing way. How do you get to the point where you are able to communicate accurately what you’re convinced about in a way that convinces your hearer? Specifically, how can you effectively communicate the message of salvation?
To convince people, you first must be well convinced of the information you are communicating. So it all still boils down to you. How well are you convinced about Jesus whom you proclaim to love and serve? How well are you convinced about the doctrines of Jesus? Do you still doubt some critical truths about Him such as His birth or His crucifixion? Are you convinced about His second coming? Are you convinced about heaven and hell? If you are able to provide clear and concise answers to these questions, then 50% of the work is already done.
Therefore, the first thing to do if you will communicate your convictions effectively is to have convictions. Study to show yourself approved, study to build your convictions. Do not despise divine encounters; rather, build your convictions through them.
I John 1:3 NKJV
that which we have seen and heard we declare to you, that you also may have fellowship with us; and truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ.
Then you will be able to share the gospel with boldness as Apostle John did in the above verse.
I commend you to God and to the word of His grace.
I call you blessed. I call you NATIONS.
