Colossians 2:13, NLT
“You were dead because of your sins and because your sinful nature was not yet cut away. Then God made you alive with Christ, for he forgave all our sins.”
Beloved,
You will agree with me that life has its problems. There are 4 categories of people as it pertains to how we approach or respond to the problems of life:
- People who don’t know there is a problem
- People who are unable to find a solution
- People who identify solution
- People who carry out the solution
One characteristic of God’s Spirit is that of a problem solver. Think about what His Spirit did in Genesis:
Genesis 1:2-4
“The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters. Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light. And God saw the light, that it was good; and God divided the light from the darkness.”
He saw disorder and did something about it. Beloved, if you carry God’s Spirit, you carry the same grace. The born again Spirit has the following habits:
- It moves to solve problems. (Genesis 1-2)
- It creates (Psalm 104:30)
Beloved, as God’s child, His very nature is within us.
I commend you to God and to the Word of His grace. I call you BLESSED and NATIONS.
