Isaiah 1:19-20
“If you are willing and obedient, You shall eat the good of the land; But if you refuse and rebel, You shall be devoured by the sword”; For the mouth of the Lord has spoken.”
Beloved,
When it comes to a new year, everyone gets excited about goal setting. As believers’ we must understand that excitement is not good enough. Yes, we have the privilege of God’s compassionate commitment to our lives. But with every promise and prophecy comes responsibility.
Isaiah 1:19a
“If you are willing and obedient, You shall eat the good of the land…”
God’s love is unconditional, yes. But if you will enjoy the best of what God has made available, you just be ready to lay the price. Covenant comes with conditions attached.
If you are spiritually intelligent, you will pay attention to conditions attached to prophecy. When others are being excited, you must be diligent to learn the conditions involved.
One of those conditions is preparation. Your preparation must be commensurate to the miracle, blessing, or prophecy you are looking for. Beloved, the outpouring God ready to dispense will happen to the degree of your preparation. Will you be prepared for it. We will talk more on this next time. Until then,
