Hebrews 10:35
Therefore do not cast away your confidence, which has great reward.
Beloved,
Confidence is fundamental to your skill set and all you have; it’s critical to your progress and success on this side of eternity. You need it to win in life and to fulfill destiny.
You must also recognize your confidence is not for you alone! Your confidence has the capacity to impact a generation. Some destinies rely on it. It is with your God-given and God-centered confidence that you create possibilities for your family and lineage. Ask the parents of Moses. Their confidence in God empowered them to place their newborn baby in a basket to float in a river full of unknowns. The confidence they had in God kept Moses from being slaughtered like so many other baby boys in his generation. And we know the resultant effect- Moses became a savior for a nation! Do you see how confidence in God translated into God’s favor and the preservation of the next generation and even a nation?
Beloved, don’t create limits for yourself or your family and lineage. It will be like you are placing a curse on them. The devil wants to keep you quiet about your beliefs. He wants you to doubt what you have known about God over time.
The writer of Proverbs 14:26 said this: “in the fear of the LORD one has strong confidence, and his children will have a refuge”.
Keep your confidence in God and be a blessing and a preserver of generations to come.
