Hebrews 3:1-2
Therefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our confession, Christ Jesus, [2] who was faithful to Him who appointed Him, as Moses also was faithful in all His house
Beloved,
As we round off this series, I would like us to consider one final thing. Your faithfulness is not just a personal commitment of habit. Your faithfulness must be to the one who appointed you. Just as Jesus’ faithfulness is directed towards the Father, your faithfulness also must be towards Jesus and whoever He moved to appoint you to the work you are called to do. Be it in the kingdom, at work, or generally in the world; choose to faithfully commit yourself to the vision, mission, and values of the one you chose to take appointment from. Work effectively and engage in your appointed assignment in a manner that brings honor to the God of your salvation and to the earthly authority He selected to lead you in stewardship and appointment. You are appointed to do great things. Let God find you among the faithful, appointed ones and not among those appointed to fail.
I commend you to God and to the word of His grace.
I call you BLESSED. I call you NATIONS.
