Galatians 5:7 AMPC
You were running the race nobly. Who has interfered in (hindered and stopped you from) your heeding and following the Truth?
Beloved,
The desire of God for His children is that they live the Godkind of life on earth so that they can reproduce heaven on the earth. But there are certain factors that cause a believer to live below that standard. Let’s take a look at some of these hindrances to supernatural living:
- Lack of understanding – to live supernaturally, it is necessary to have a correct understanding of your identity in Christ, and of the working of the anointing, Romans 5:1-2.
- Lack of requisite anointing that confronts the present need, Matthew 17:19-21. In order to have this reality, you have to develop yourself and you need to go to those who sell and buy from them, i.e., team up with the anointed.
- Lack of expectations and attention, Acts 3:1-8. There must be a contribution from the recipient of grace. When you come before the Lord, you must give your attention and be expectant.
- Lack of human responsibility, Acts 14:8-10, John 5:6. Jesus asking that lame man at the pool of Bethesda if he wants to get well is a very reasonable question. That a person is sick does not automatically mean that they desire to get well.
Beloved, one doorway to the supernatural is by divine encounters. In this supernatural experience, God brings our attention to certain things so that we can repent from it, learn from it, and stop doing it because of its toxicity to our future. Then, we can be free to live a supernatural life.
