A man’s gift makes room for him and brings him before great men.
Beloved,
The story of Joseph is one of the most inspiring accounts of the Bible. There are so many lessons to learn from this great man, one of which will be our focus today. Joseph is known by all to have been a dreamer and an interpreter of dreams. From his life, you can see that for your gifts to make room for you, you must be willing and ready to serve freely with them. Eventually, the gifts will cause you to stand before kings. Joseph had to interpret two people’s dreams without an expectation of much in return before he had the opportunity of interpreting for Pharoah, which eventually paid off.
The mindset that a gratuity or benefit must come first before you serve with your gifts may prevent you getting the full benefits of them.
Beloved, serve with your gifts without expectation of gain, especially in the kingdom. A time will come when the right person will notice. You will soon stand before kings and not just mere men.
