Romans 8:26
Likewise, the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
Beloved,
If the Spirit of God helps us to pray, why don’t you understand that the Spirit of God can also help us to worship. When you want to worship, first ask yourself, am I a child of God? If you can answer that, then ask the second and more important question, am I worshipping out of the flesh or out of the spirit?
Worship starts from having a part in God, bringing the flesh to subjection, to the obedience of Christ. There is no true worship without a relationship with Jesus. If you are still doubting Him, still questioning His instructions, then you are not there yet; you might just be going through religious activities. It starts by coming into alignment with the Lord by accepting Jesus as your Savior and Lord, then your spirit comes alive. And when your spirit comes alive, it can connect with the signals of heaven through the Holy Spirit and your worship can get to the Father.
When you are in alignment with the Spirit of God, even when you are weak, your spirit can still worship; even when you are sad, your spirit can still worship. This is because it is not your physical person that is worshipping, it is your spirit that is enabled by the Spirit of God to worship God.
When worshipping God, there are other things to do other than the things that we say or do in church. I will be sharing these with you in days to come.
I commend you to God and to the word of His grace.
I call you BLESSED. I call you NATIONS.
