Another things that aims to bring people down from commanding order and living a structured life is:
2. Misunderstandings: This typically happens in relationships and partnerships where we make judgments based on assumptions. The Bible warns us with these scriptures:
Proverbs 4:7
“Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: And with all thy getting get understanding.”
…and
Hosea 4:6a
“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me…”
Beloved, be humble and willing to hear people out. Don’t rush through or feel too big to study, learn. Don’t trivialize the place of training. Don’t assume or conclude that you know or have all the answers. Scripture says, “we know in part…” meaning like a puzzle, you only have one or some of the pieces (1 Corinthians 13:9-13). There is another person or people carrying pieces, too- the very pieces you need! Pieces of puzzles don’t and can never make the whole picture, not independently. They must be connected to have meaning. So be willing to hear people out for the goal of reaching a constructive solution together. Such will bring order to your life. We will talk more next time.
