Judges 6:14 NLT
“Then the Lord turned to him and said, “Go with the strength you have, and rescue Israel from the Midianites. I am sending you!”
Beloved,
God has prepared a place for you- not only in heaven, but while you are here on earth. God has designated a place for your training, for your work, and for your rest. You must be ready to take and occupy the territories He has prepared for you. In this series, we focus on taking territories.
The first step in taking territory is to be sent! There are many men who have found themselves in trouble and out of the will of God claiming territories God never sent them to.
Beloved, God is committed to those He has sent. How will you know the territory He has given to you? You will first need a sign. Generally, you can receive such a sign from God in one of two ways. One is the place of personal encounter. It is in the place of your consistent, personal encounter that the Lord can reveal things to you. Be ready and willing to wait in the presence of God until you get your word. Another way the Lord can reveal His plans for you is through a sign from a superior or head you are divinely joined to. Before you go to claim any territory you must be sure you have a sign. If you don’t have your sign in place, pharaoh will soon ask- “who sent you?” as he did with Moses. You must be ready to prove that you are sent.
