1 Corinthians 7:17 NIV
Nevertheless, each person should live as a believer in whatever situation the Lord has assigned to them, just as God has called them. This is the rule I lay down in all the churches.

God can do all things, but He does not do all things, especially as it pertains to getting things done on the earth. In such cases, He uses men. This is because God requires a physical body to make things happen here. Although God needs men, He will not just use anyone.
Luke 19:40 NKJV
But He answered and said to them, “I tell you that if these should keep silent, the stones would immediately cry out.”
God has a standard. It is up to us to know, be prepared for, and be willing to stand excellently and firmly in our place of assignment. Otherwise, He will enable animals and even rocks to tend to His affairs if no man is available.
Matthew 8:27 NKJV
So the men marveled, saying, “Who can this be, that even the winds and the sea obey Him?”
This is the truth, for He is Lord of all! Beloved, when it comes to fulfilling your God-ordained assignment, don’t be outdone by a rock. A spiritless rock cannot enjoy the blessing and benefits that come with the righteousness of fulfilling your God-ordained assignment. Its obedience is inconsequential to its destiny. The same cannot be said for man.
Ephesians 1:11 NKJV
In Him also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things according to the counsel of His will,
Animals and inanimate objects can only obey. But you can do and enjoy much more.
Isaiah 1:19 NKJV
If you are willing and obedient, You shall eat the good of the land;
Beloved, God’s will will be done with or without you. Don’t miss your place of assignment. To do so is to forfeit your time and place and preparation for destiny fulfilment and the blessings and benefits attached. We will talk more next time.
