2 Corinthians 9:10
Now may He who supplies seed to the sower, and bread for food, supply and multiply the seed you have sown and increase the fruits of your righteousness.

Every society produces its champions and criminals from the same material. It is what is inside each person that determines what is going to happen.
Every building rest on the strength of its foundation. And the making of the foundation of any building is a dirty, costly, and tasking job. Yet after it is completed, it is hidden. The future does not belong to the man doing it quick, the future belongs to the man doing it right. You need eyes to see; to see the future before other sees it so you can start preparing ahead.
Every seed contains the future. If you ate the seed, you ate the future. That was the problem of Esau, he ate his future. A lot of ministries today have no future because they chase fruits while despising the seed because the seed did not look like it. Invest in the seed; spend time to grow and build it up.
Seed members are those that are doing the extra ordinary tough things routinely without much supervision. The seed members pay attention to things that others don’t really take heed to. They don’t allow others’ irresponsibility make them irresponsible. Rather, they consider it an opportunity to develop their responsibility. They don’t complain about irresponsible people; they rise up and take responsibility and become leaders.
If you are a pastor, recognize your seed members and spend time developing them. If you are a seed, receive at the seed level. Develop yourself to fill needs that you identify. Rise up and take responsibility.
