Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
Beloved,
Where are you going? Many of us have asked ourselves this question and as we do, we hyperfocus on the destination to the detriment of process. This is especially problematic because God is passionately committed to our process. How are you living? Are you more interested in your destiny than the steps that have been divinely orchestrated by God for you to make it there? You must take your time to know the way of life.
This begins with knowing the God of your salvation. If you do not take the time to know Him, you will not know who you are and you will not know His voice or how to follow Him. If you do not know Him, you cannot trust Him. The devil will do all He can to derail you from the way of life. In this series, we will unpack the purpose and process of knowing Jesus as the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Once you give Him your life, it is imperative you allow Him to lead you in the right direction or else you are only taking your life back.
If we don’t take our time to know Jesus as the Way, we will never know the ways He has made for us. We will not know how to make it in this life and we will be more susceptible to the devil’s attack- especially his attack of deceit. He would love to deceive you into either going the wrong way or failing to be prepared for the destination He had prepared for you. You will not find yourself in an undesirable destination, in Jesus mighty name.
