Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God.
Beloved,
God gives believers a place on earth so He can have a place among men. There is a purpose to every aspect of your life. So you must yield what you have to be used for the furtherance of God’s program on the earth.
A place truly becomes your place when it becomes a platform for Jesus to be revealed and glorified, and the accompanying blessings is generational. A place becomes a platform for the Lord when divine activities are permitted to be hosted there. Your place include your possessions, position, post, past, pain, office, home, talents, gifts, influence, time, voice to name a few. All these have the potential to become a medium for the Holy Spirit to reach others through you. If you can turn what you have over to Him, it is good enough for the Holy Spirit to use.
When your place becomes a platform for Jesus, it becomes Bethel, a meeting point between humanity and divinity. It becomes a ground for evangelism. It becomes a place of intervention for people in need of freedom.
When you turn your place to a platform for Jesus:
- You become a custodian of divine secrets.
- You become a partaker of God’s glory. When people laid their robes on the ground for Jesus to walk upon, the donkey he rode was also a partaker of that honor, Mark 11:1-11.
- You become a candidate for an outstanding miracles. When yielded their boats for Jesus’ use in Luke 5:1-11, they were rewarded with a net-breaking catch.
