Jeremiah 3:15
And I will give you shepherds according to My heart, who will feed you with knowledge and understanding.
Beloved,
After giving your life to Christ, you don’t just jump into looking for a church; the first thing to get right is your pastor. When you get your pastor right, you will get your church right. Those who lack strong and solid pastoral care are easy to identify, they do not have anything strong forming inside of them.
A pastor helps you to regain everything the enemy has taken away from you. You need someone that can tell you what is inside of you and what God has made you to be. You need a pastor who is responsible to you and who you are responsible to. God doesn’t give you a seat in the church, rather He gives you a place in the heart of the pastor.
You never can tell how wonderful your destiny can be until you submit yourself to a strong pastoral grace. Some may argue in their hearts that they can never submit to a natural man like themselves. But a pastor is not a natural man like you, God gave him to you because God wants to do it through him, what He cannot do directly for you. Talented people know only a bit of their own abilities until they submit to a coach who is able to see through the eyes of wisdom what their true potential is and to train them in the fulfilment of that potential.
Beloved, the truth is that true freedom is in righteous restrictions and a God-ordained pastor will guide you into the proper restrictions and structures you need to put in place for your destiny to happen.
