Romans 8:14 NKJV
For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.
Beloved,
There are many, in fact, too many, who have given their lives to Christ, yet are still living ordinary lives. Such people lack spiritual intelligence or they have made a conscious decision not to fully surrender to God’s will and plan for them. They feel they can commit to God what is convenient to them, while allowing “grace and mercy” to cover everything else. It doesn’t work like that. When we truly give our lives to Christ- we must do so mind, body, and spirit. What keeps us from supernatural living? The Bible tells us:
Romans 8:5-7 NLT
Those who are dominated by the sinful nature think about sinful things, but those who are controlled by the Holy Spirit think about things that please the Spirit. So letting your sinful nature control your mind leads to death. But letting the Spirit control your mind leads to life and peace. For the sinful nature is always hostile to God. It never did obey God’s laws, and it never will.
Beloved, what are you minding? Rather, what is controlling your mind? That thing that is occupying your mind and priorities, that is what will dictate the outcomes you enjoy in this life. What are some aspects of life that tend to influence our mindset?

- Carnality
- Society
- Wrong pursuit
If you are struggling to live a God kind of life, please don’t hesitate to check all of these areas. If your are not living the supernatural life, you are inevitably living a life that is limited.
