Matthew 9: 20-22.
20 And suddenly, a woman who had a flow of blood for twelve years came from behind and touched the hem of His garment. 21 For she said to herself, “If only I may touch His garment, I shall be made well.” 22 But Jesus turned around, and when He saw her He said, “Be of good cheer, daughter; your faith has made you well.” And the woman was made well from that hour.
The woman of the issue of blood received her miracle as she desired. She kept speaking to herself that “if I may touch the helm of His garment, I shall be made whole”. She worked against all odds to reach Jesus and to receive her healing. Her confidence made her to take bold steps in approaching Jesus. It is important to note that you can have confidence regardless of your state. Even though the woman with the issue of blood was sick and had spent all she had, she was still confident. Some are rich with no confidence while some are poor and are ready to live to the fullest. You have to make a choice of who to be.
You may never have enough money to start any project, but if you add confidence to what you have, you can do exploits. If you step out in faith, you may be able to give time to the long-awaited dream. Confidence will determine your reward in life. An empty life may be as a result of lack of confidence. Confidence is measurable and tangible. Hence, be sincere with yourself in determining if you are confident or not.
I commend you to God and to the word of His grace.
I call you BLESSED. I call you NATIONS.
