Psalms 127:3-5 NKJV
[3] Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, The fruit of the womb is a reward. [4] Like arrows in the hand of a warrior, So are the children of one’s youth. [5] Happy is the man who has his quiver full of them; They shall not be ashamed, But shall speak with their enemies in the gate.
Beloved,
Today, I want to provide you with tools that you need to prepare your children as effective arrows. Do the following to ensure your children can find their place in God’s agenda in their own generation:
- Have a vision of the future. You will have to wait on God to receive this communication. This will help you know how best to prepare your arrows.
- Acquire wisdom needed to navigate life situations. And impart same to your children.
- Be disciplined and discipline. Don’t spare your children but correct them in love. Don’t excuse their errors. Help them to live by the right rules and regulations. Teach them to always conduct themselves appropriately. Set routines for them because this will set a rhythm of a life of order.
- Teach them the word of God, 2 Timothy 3:14.
- Teach them how to pray. Also, pray for them.
- Teach them how to live by faith.
- Teach them to recognize the voice of the Holy Spirit and live by His dictates
- Carefully introduce freedom to your children.
I pray that as you send your arrows forth, they will cause massive destruction in the camp of the enemy and they will extend the frontiers of the kingdom of God here on earth.
I commend you to God and to the word of His grace.
