Isaiah 50:4-5
The Lord God has given Me the tongue of the learned, that I should know how to speak a word in season to him who is weary. He awakens Me morning by morning; He awakens My ear to hear as the learned. The Lord God has opened My ear; and I was not rebellious.
Beloved,
For you to get out of spiritual deadness, you must be awake to and must be aware of the following:
The spirit realm – its atmosphere and spirit beings that operate there.
Men in their true nature.
The good and evil happenings around you.
When you perceive that there is reduction of spiritual communication to you or that your territory is tense, you need to be awake and aware. Lack of sensitivity is synonymous to dullness of perception, and this is what the devil likes and takes advantage of. You must be awake to opportunities and divine signals. If God shows you something, determine
and endeavor to do something about it, this is how to build trust with God.
You must be awake to His presence. For example, Zacchaeus recognized who Jesus was and he did all he can to have an encounter with Him. Until you align yourself to that presence, the communication will not come. May God grant you grace for the divine perception of divine
presence. You must be aware of the supernatural possibilities that exist in people. Some people are the link between where we are now and where we desire to be. It is our wisdom to identify such people and build a relationship with them. You must be aware of places that acts as portals between heaven and earth. Jacob had such an experience, and he regretted his lack of sensitivity to such a place, Genesis 28:17. There are certain activities and assignments that we must be involved in which are divine offers from God, our obedience and willful participation will open us up to God’s plans and purpose for our lives.
