20 Then Noah built an altar to the LORD and took of every clean animal and of every clean bird and offered burnt offerings on the altar. 21 And the LORD smelled a soothing aroma. Then the LORD said in His heart, “I will never again curse the ground for man’s sake, although the imagination of man’s heart is evil from his youth; nor will I again destroy every living thing as I have done.

Some people have made it impossible for God to not look at their direction because of what they have built. In building an altar for God, the following are some things you must do:
- Create a witness between men and men, and between men and God – Joshua 22:26-27.
- Create an atmosphere of intimacy with the Lord.
- Connect your career and destiny assignment to a divine flow.
- Establish a portal for a divine audience.
- Trigger or enact covenant with God.
When you decide to build an altar for the Lord, do not just build it anyhow. You must build an altar for the Lord in a proper way so that you can usher in the blessings that are attached to it. According to Hebrews 11:4, you are to bring an excellent sacrifice before the Lord. Every time we bring something to God, God checks its quality. Do not bring just anything before the father as a sacrifice or build just anything for God as an altar.
