Now we command you, believers, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ and by His authority, that you withdraw and keep away from every brother or sister who leads an undisciplined life and does not live in accordance with the tradition and teaching that you have received from us..

Rebellion and an unteachable attitude are linkages to demonic influence in a man’s life. Some people by design just like to rebel, they don’t understand that this empowers the devil. Don’t be a rebel, the pain of the consequence is not worth it. Rebels can’t have eternal blessings; they will lose that blessing somewhere along the way.
A person with an unteachable spirit will make the voice of wisdom shut down on him; it is only a matter of time. Once the voice of wisdom shuts down over a man, the spirit of folly will enter him. Teach your children to listen to counsel and not always give opposing views. Allow them to ask their questions and answer them accordingly.
Learn to keep quiet in the presence of wisdom. It is when you do this that you will hear what that wise person is saying and not saying. A good communicator doesn’t just say everything with his mouth, he says many other things with his body language, countenance, and gestures. You can pick many good things from people with close proximity to them. You cannot be a good leader without being a good follower.
Other demonic linkages includes:
- Wrong relationships (Nehemiah 10:29). Surround yourself with cursed people and you will soon partake from that curse. The reverse is also true, no matter how cursed you are, if you surround yourself with blessed people, their blessing will rub off on you.
- Vulnerability (Joshua 6:26). This goes back to lack of structure, without structure you become exposed and vulnerable to the attack of the devil.
- Secrecy, the attack of the devil feeds on secrecy. So, never keep secrets with the devil. If you keep secrets with the devil, he will expose you where you will not be able to defend yourself. The devil remains your adversary, never make him your confidant.
- Negligence and procrastination.
- The spirit of the land – territorial spirit.
Beloved, my prayer as we round off this series is that armed with this knowledge on deliverance from Satanic assault, you will be able to wage war effectively against the enemy and continue to live victoriously.
