2 Thessalonians 3:6
Now we command you, believers, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ and by His authority, that you withdraw and keep away from every brother or sister who leads an undisciplined life and does not live in accordance with the tradition and teaching that you have received from us..
Beloved,
Indiscipline is a factor that the enemy uses against people. The enemy will have a field day with any man that lacks discipline. You can guard against indiscipline by putting structure to your life. One of the greatest ways people suffer is from lack of discipline of time. Nobody becomes successful in something they have not put the discipline of time to. If by chance it happens, life will correct it. A viable business will not thrive if you don’t put time into it. You shouldn’t just conclude that you are unable to learn something; the question to be asked is, have you put the right amount of time into it?
You must know and work with the law of recognition. You must be able to separate what you need from what you want. The knowledge of this becomes your strength in life especially with God, with people, and in your acquisition of things. You must know that faith and works work together.
Some people are not disciplined with the opposite sex. Everybody is their sister or brother; they can hug anyone without limit. Learn to set clear boundaries and teach your children the same. Let the devil know this is how far he can go and no further. With spiritual matters, God’s instruction is for us to cast out devils, but with matters of adultery, God’s instruction is for us to flee.
What I have realized is that a lot of people don’t value destiny. Your revelation from God regarding your destiny will determine how you run your life. If your life is worth it, you will pay any price to ensure that the devil does not catch up with you.
Be disciplined with time, with money, with the opposite sex, with food. If you make decisions, follow through with it, put structure to your life. A man without structure is exposed and cheap.
I commend you to God and to the word of His grace.
I call you BLESSED. I call you NATIONS.
