Then God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”
Beloved,
To fulfil your dominion mandate on the earth, you must gain mastery over essential areas of life. We continue looking at some other things you must do to walk in dominion.
You must operate in authority and power, Luke 4:31-32. Sometimes you wonder why demons can be so audacious as to be in the midst of God’s people. You must take authority over the manifestations of demonic spirits if you notice their operations around you. You must not allow them to remain; they must be rebuked once you smell them.
Don’t let any demon keep embarrassing you. Get that devil out of your life. With your words, bind and cast them out. Jesus never relented in exercising His dominion mandate. Even when He ministered healing to a blind man and the man’s eyesight was not completely restored, He continued until that man experienced total healing.
Develop a fighting spirit. This is a spirit that does not give up until it pushes through. Many times we give up too soon. Don’t always accept no for an answer, stay there until results comes. We try to be on a safer side by saying if it is God’s will, it will come, and we do this because we are not even sure if it is meant to be ours. The righteous may fall seven times but each time he falls, he gets back up to try again and again. Beloved, don’t conclude on any matter that is not yet bearing results, stay there until you begin to see the desired outcome.
