Romans 15:13 NKJV
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.
Beloved,
One of the greatest things about the birth of Christ and His kingdom on the earth is all the benefits that come along with it. These benefits- are not withheld from anyone who declares Jesus as Lord. to enjoy them. Isaiah prophesied:
Isaiah 26:3
“…You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You.”
Therefore, if you are His child, the peace of God is yours now! You do not have to wait until we get to the other side of eternity. It does not matter the ailments or circumstances that wish to pursue you. The force of peace comes with your redemption package. It is up to you to take hold of and operationalize it.
Ephesians 6 admonishes the believer to put on the WHOLE armor of God. If you will last in these last days… if you will enjoy the covenant of victory on every side, you must acknowledge that there is ever a fight going on in the spirit realm. Yes, we have the victory over the law of sin and death but we have to defend it.
Ephesians 6:11
“Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the [b]wiles of the devil.”
Mastering peace is not optional for a believer. If he will last long on this side of eternity, he has to. How does one master peace?
Ephesians 6:13-14
“13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand….14 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace…”
The Word of God that provokes and ignites peace in your life. Read it. Believe it. Understand it. Speak it. You must master how to use it effectively if you fulfill your God-given assignment. You will need that peace to fight the fight of faith. You will need to master it to fulfill your destiny on the earth. We will talk more about peace and His love over the next few write ups. Until then, I
I commend you to God and to the word of His grace.
I call you blessed. I call you NATIONS.
