“There I will provide for you, lest you and your household, and all that you have, come to poverty; for there are still five years of famine.”
Beloved,
A major truth that must be established in the heart of every true believer in Christ Jesus is that God is a covenant-keeping, prayer-answering God. This is the confidence you must have. Don’t let the devil make you believe otherwise. He even knew what you needed before you needed it and He has already made a provision. You must come to this understanding, but you must equally understand that He does not meet your needs on your terms. You must meet him at His terms. When God wants to introduce His provision or predestined response to your prayers, on most parts, you will only be able to access it in its predesignated area. God’s provisions can always be found in a prepared place or obtained from a prepared person. If you want to receive the best God has for you, you must prepare your mind and heart for this!
As we begin this series let me challenge you to consider the answer to this question: where are your “prepared places” ? What church family has He prepared for you? Who is the spouse God has for you. Your parents? Your spiritual parents? Beloved you must take your time to identify where and who God has assigned to hold your blessings lest you miss out. In the case of Joseph’s family, their place of provision was with Joseph in Egypt. With Ruth, hers was with her mother-in-law, Naomi. Where is your blessing?
