Genesis 22:14
And Abraham called the name of the place, The-Lord-Will-Provide; as it is said to this day, “In the Mount of the Lord it shall be provided.”
Beloved,
We have established that there are different streams by which God provides for our needs as His children. Another of such means is through your revelation of His promises, Genesis 21:15, 19.
What is your revelation of God’s promises such as these:
For thus says the Lord: ‘You shall not see wind, nor shall you see rain; yet that valley shall be filled with water, so that you, your cattle, and your animals may drink.’
2 Kings 3:17
All your children shall be taught by the Lord, and great shall be the peace of your children.
Isaiah 54:13
Beloved, begin to personalize the promises of God and watch how they will begin to work for you.
God also provides through spirit and human being connection. God provides through the Spirit of wisdom and revelation. He also provides through the Spirit of understanding. Angels are called ministering spirits; they come to provide for our needs. For example, Elijah ate meals that were prepared by angels, and Joshua received help from the captain of the Lord’s army. Live your life conscious of the spiritual assistance available for you.
Also, God on most part will provide for men through men. For example, the paralytic man enjoyed the help of his four friends in Mark 2:3-11. Provisions that come from men is the largest stream of provision. This is because God orchestrated your needs to connect you to people that will play a major role in your life and destiny. Provisions will always be in places and in people. Elijah was instructed to go to Zarephath to meet a widow who would provide for him in famine. May the Lord show and link you with the right people who have been anointed to play significant roles in your life.
God is also faithful to provide for you through the word as you pray – this you do by making petition, Proverbs 18:20. The devil wants you to speak based on what you are going through but God wants you to speak His word. God is bound by His word and that is what life responds to.
