Journey to Wealth 4
“But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God; for it is He that giveth thee power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore unto thy fathers, as it is this day.” -Deuteronomy 8:18
We have discussed why every believer must be willing to take the journey to wealth. In today’s write up, we discuss the steps every believer must be ready to take if they will enjoy the power to make make wealth. The first has to do with our mindset. There is no how we can go anywhere our minds have not resolved to be and thrive. It is critical that we develop a wealth mindset. First of all, believe that you are wealthy. Once you believe it, you can achieve it. You must also ensure that you are carrying the right perspective concerning wealth. For example , if your perspective of wealth is that it is limited to those who live in a certain area of the world or only to those who are in a certain profession, your perspective will limit you. If your perspective of wealth is limited to monetary substance alone, you are limiting yourself. Look at this scripture:
Genesis 30:30 NKJV
“For what you had before I came was little, and it has increased to a great amount; the LORD has blessed you since my coming. And now, when shall I also provide for my own house?”
Jacob would have wasted years if he didn’t see the potential in stewarding what was set before him. If he was waiting to be paid he would have his Uncle Laban’s home with less than what he came with. But he looked beyond money because he had the right mindset when it came to prosperity. Please take Have a right perspective about wealth. I can’t stress it enough.
Some of us have never been exposed to true wealth so it’s hard to know how to develop the right. Mindset. Do your self a favor and start by asking intelligent questions. Consistency in asking those intelligent questions will stir an interaction of your spirit with the right Godly and wealth making spirits. It is this interaction that births revelation and mindset. Interpretation of the revelation with a mindset will birth steps. Steps will create a path to the desired wealth. We will talk more about this next time.
